Gathers fire wood and builds a bed.

Mandy stumbled over to the fire. "Hey. Mind if i sit here?" She asked

"Go right ahead" AL replies as he drags over a sitting log.

"Mandy sat down and pulled her short dress down further to cover her shaking knees. she was still shaken up about the crash and was limping on broken high heels.

Alex runs a hand through her hair, and looks around and bites her lip, "I can't do this" she murmurs then glances at Mandy and Al, "I wonder if I can sit there" she says quietly

Mandy clutched onto her dog as she cried. She lost her best Prada purse in the crash, and it had cost her a months salary

"Um..." Alex walks over to Mandy and sits next to her, "are you okay?" she asks quietly then looks at Al, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm fine" AL tells Alex reassuringly "She's a bit shaken up though" "Hey, take it easy. You can't let the shock get to you." AL tells Mandy as he fans the flames with a leaf. "Take your shoes off, let the sand in your toes take your mind off of things." AL stands and looks into the mainland of the island. "I better explore some and find out what I can about this place before it gets too dark. We need more wood too."

Mandy sighed and slipped off her Manolo Blahnik heels and dipped her pedicured toes into the sand. she closed her eyes and let a tear drip down from her eye

Alex looks at them, and sighs, This can not be happening, she thinks and looks at Mandy, I shouldn't worry about myself. She's obviously more upset and he's exploring. Alex pulls off her sandals and rubs her eyes.

With a look of concern for the unknown troubles that fill his new friends mind, AL turned and disappeared into the depths of the island.

Alex watches Al leave, putting some of her brown hair behind her ear. "I hope he doesn't get hurt" she says to Mandy.

"Who cares. I just want back to New York." Mandy sighed. "I miss Barney's already."

Alex looks at her and rolls her eyes, Bitch, much? she thinks, and says, "I'm Alex" and holds out her hand.

Mandy looked at her. "Mandy." she said sharply.

Alex looks at Mandy then pulls her hand away, "Mm, I guess I know who the diva is going to be" she growls, putting her sandals back on.

"its nothing personal. I'm just pissed that my best Chanel dress and my favorite Prada pumps were destroyed. Not to mention the Gucci bag that cost me a fortune."

"Don't take it out on me," she says, and pulls her sandals back off, "I'm not even lucky enough to buy a wannabe Gucci bag. So stop complaining"

At first a mysterious figure, AL slowly emerges from the dense island interior. "I've got a couple different piles. These should burn longer, they'll keep us warm through the night. And these burn up fast making a lot of smoke; throw them on if you see a boat or low flight airplane." AL takes a heavy seat, slumping down opposite of the log. "I found a creek, small but we'll need the fresh water. How is everyone holding up?"
